Job summary

Rancho Health MSO, Inc. is seeking a Medical Assistant I for Regular Full Time work in Menifee, CA. You will float to different sites as needed, supporting clinical and administrative tasks, including patient care, charting, and scheduling follow-ups.

The role requires a Medical Assistant credential, a high school diploma or GED, and preferred BLS CPR certification. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, and EMR experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• A Medical Assistant diploma or certificate is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification/CPR preferred.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Women’s Health, or Geriatrics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Rooming patients and preparing for exams.
• Pre-visit planning and chart preparation.
• Assist with clinical procedures as directed by providers.
• Perform QC checks on equipment and processes.
• Maintain sterilization using autoclave.
• Stock and manage medical supplies and exam rooms.
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Follow standing orders and protocols.
• Support triage and patient communications.
• Handle patient forms and scheduling follow-ups.
• Perform check-out duties and documentation.
