McDonald''s Multisite Maintenance Technician role involves ensuring proper operation of equipment and facilities across restaurants, including HVAC, refrigeration and kitchen systems. You will perform preventative maintenance, respond to service requests, manage spare parts inventories and uphold safety protocols.

The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical background, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and the flexibility to work early mornings, nights, and weekends across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA certification is required.
• HVAC and AVO certifications are required.
• 5–10 years in facilities maintenance preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle; willingness to travel.
• Open and on-call emergency availability, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance across all properties.
• Handle work orders for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Conduct regular property inspections and safety checks.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from maintenance scheduler.
• Update work orders, notes about services performed and close requests via online portal.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for additional troubleshooting.
• Maintain clean, professional common areas and building exteriors.
• Rotating on-call weekend/evening schedule for emergency response.
