Aspen Square Management is seeking a Leasing and Marketing professional to join our team in Mesa, AZ. You’ll guide prospective residents from first contact through application, delivering memorable experiences and collaborating with a vibrant team.

With a comprehensive training program and opportunities to create innovative marketing campaigns across our four Mesa properties, you’ll help drive occupancy and tenant satisfaction while earning competitive pay and bonuses.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years’ experience in customer service (retail, hospitality, serving/bartending, etc.).
• Strong sales skills with ability to close the deal.
• Ability to multitask and quickly solve problems.
• Saturdays Required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, have reliable transportation to and from work, and ability to go off-site.
• The drive to succeed!

Aufgaben

• Provide exceptional customer service, from answering phones with a smile to ensuring every resident feels valued.
• Float between 4 our Mesa properties.
• Get creative! Create marketing strategies that include social media campaigns, flyers, and engaging resident events.
• Maintain a positive attitude and determination to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Continuously strive towards reaching leasing and occupancy goals.
• Assist current residents and continue to provide them with professional customer service.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, file paperwork, qualify residents, maintain an organized workspace, and more
