Job summary

S&D Prime Maintenance Inc. in the Chicago area is seeking motivated janitorial personnel for both part-time and full-time roles.

The team cleans commercial properties, uses a company vehicle for site visits, and works across multiple accounts with a standard starting rate of $16.00 per hour. Applicants must pass a drug test and background check, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to travel to Western and Northwestern suburbs.

Qualifications

• Must pass a drug screen and a criminal background check.
• Open availability; overtime work and schedule adjustments may be needed.
• Reliable mode of transportation to Western and Northwestern Suburbs.
• Willingness to learn new concepts and perform detailed work.

Responsibilities

• Perform proper cleaning methods: vacuuming, trash removal, dusting, mopping, glass cleaning, floor care, and light bulb changes.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools.
• Prepare and mix cleaning/sanitation solutions and cleaning materials to specifications.
