Select Medical's Select Physical Therapy seeks an experienced outpatient physical therapist to lead as Center Manager in Southaven, MS. This role combines clinical leadership with day-to-day center operations to optimize patient care and team performance.

You will supervise PTs/PTAs, foster physician and community partnerships, and advance clinical programs while upholding our commitment to exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• One year of outpatient setting experience.
• Valid state physical therapist license required.
• CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations and uphold executive decisions.
• Develop physician, payor, and community partnerships for patient outcomes.
• Grow and manage the center's PT/PTA team.

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Clinic Manager

Location: Southaven, MS

Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri

Compensation:Salaried, pending experience

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions
• Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios
• Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)
• Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
• Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
• One (1) year of experience in the outpatient setting
• A valid state physical therapist license is required to start
• CPR Certification
