Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates LLP in New York City is seeking a self-motivated, full-time licensed Audiologist Floater for our Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Astoria offices. The ideal candidate will be clinically strong, able to counsel patients, build rapport, and support the team in a busy, multi-site practice.

You will perform diagnostic testing, fit and program hearing aids, take impressions, and manage patient records while maintaining high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Audiology required; Au.D. preferred.
• Active and current hearing aid dispensing license.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with patients, collect history, perform audiometric testing, counsel, and recommend hearing aids.
• Conduct diagnostic testing.
• Make ear impressions and order instruments; program and fit hearing aids.
• Provide hearing aid fitting and address adjustments or questions.
• Maintain documentation and patient files.
• Own assigned schedule to maximize patient care.
• Support and coach team members to achieve practice goals.
