Qualifications

• Ability to navigate multi-story buildings across a large campus.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive task orientation.
• Clear verbal and written communication for team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, corrective, and condition-based maintenance.
• Respond to maintenance work orders, troubleshoot equipment failures, and complete repairs efficiently and accurately.
• Test, adjust, calibrate, and verify equipment performance to ensure optimal operation.
• Operate hand tools and diagnostic equipment to perform maintenance tasks.
• Follow all safety protocols including job hazard analysis, lockout/tagout procedures, and proper use of PPE.
• Collaborate effectively with operations, maintenance leadership, and cross-functional teams.
• Daily rounds: verifications, documentation of temperatures and pressures, inspections and adjustments.
