Job summary

ManpowerGroup (USA) is hiring experienced Maintenance & Production Operators to support manufacturing operations across multiple shifts. This role is ideal for skilled individuals who are reliable, safety-focused, and experienced in equipment maintenance or machine operation.

Shifts include 1st, 2nd and 3rd; salary starts at $18/hour and up, based on experience. Candidates with manufacturing background and mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience required (maintenance, machine operation, or similar)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate industrial equipment safely
• Willingness to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery
• Set up and adjust equipment to meet production needs
• Inspect products and equipment for quality and safety
• Communicate issues clearly to supervisors
• Follow all safety and operational procedures
• Support production goals and team objectives
• Perform other related duties as assigned
