Job summary

TSP talent is seeking a Production Operator to rotate through receiving, sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and loading linens for hospitals and medical facilities. You will learn multiple production roles and support safety and quality standards in a fast-paced laundry plant.

This role emphasizes teamwork, physical stamina, and reliable recordkeeping as you assist with shipping, weigh finished goods, and help with other duties as needed. Training provided, full-time hours, benefits available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong teamwork and adaptability to rotate through various roles.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, handle equipment safely, and make quality decisions.
• Basic computer skills and good recordkeeping and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate and learn multiple production equipment across Soil and Clean areas to meet quality and safety standards.
• Sort soiled linen, ensure proper classification, and prepare linens for washing in Soil Operations.
• Build, stack, and handle linens accurately in Clean Operations, including roles like Catcher, Hand Folder, and Ironer.
• Ensure carts are cleaned, sterilized, and prepared for linen transport.
• Perform quality checks, identify damaged or non-company items, and troubleshoot equipment issues by contacting maintenance when needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols, quality standards, and rotate between tasks to meet production needs.
• Support shipping functions by weighing, recording, and preparing finished linens for delivery, and assist with other duties as assigned.
