Description: Ellington Public Schools is seeking multiple part-time paraprofessionals for various grades across the district. Candidates will work with students with behavior, academic, and social needs. Candidates should have Physical Management Training or be willing to participate in PMT training. Positions require strong organizational skills, data tracking, de-escalation strategies, and strong academic skills.
Qualifications: Minimum of high school diploma required. Candidate will be required to submit to a state and national criminal history check, as well as a DCF search.
Working Conditions: Positions are Monday - Friday and hours may vary. Rate of pay is $17.43/hr for the 2026-2027 school year.
