Job Title: Locum CRNA

Employment Status: 1099

Location: Northwestern Illinois

Duration: 3-6 months, ongoing, starting August 2026.

Shifts: 7am-7pm Call: OB and Endo call (optional); OB call from 7am-7pm and endo call on Saturdays only.

Job Type: Locum/Contract

Case Types: Peds, B&B, Endo, CV, Vascular, Ortho, Urology, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics and Podiatry.

Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days

Special Requirements: Must be proficient in blocks. ACLS, BLS and PALS must be through American Heart Association.
