Job summary

Spectrum News Florida is seeking an experienced Photojournalist to shoot and edit material for our newscasts. You’ll elevate stories with fresh angles, lighting, and compelling visuals across TV, digital, and connected platforms.

You’ll work independently and with a teamwork-minded team, travel to cover important local events, and adapt to fast-paced, changing schedules while upholding accuracy and fairness in reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of shooting and editing television news footage.
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism or related field, or comparable television work experience
• Experience with ENG/SNG/Satellite vehicles and bonded cellular streaming
• Ability to communicate clearly and relate to diverse populations

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit material for newscasts and platforms.
