You're a newsroom leader who coaches talent, makes quick editorial decisions under deadline pressure, and collaborates with leadership to drive audience engagement and accountability reporting across all platforms.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in journalism, digital content, or newsroom leadership.
• Proven ability to make sound editorial decisions under deadline pressure.
• Experience managing content across streaming, digital, social, and broadcast.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution of streaming and digital news coverage around the clock.
• Coordinate coverage plans, breaking news response, and content priorities.
• Coach reporters to elevate storytelling across platforms.
• Collaborate with leadership on audience-focused content strategies.
• Oversee writing, editing, and publishing across all platforms.
• Provide timely feedback to strengthen reporting and presentation.
