Job summary

Piedmont Medical Network - Rock Hill Hospital in Rock Hill, SC is seeking an Imaging Technologist to perform imaging examinations for patients of all ages, using two or more modalities, and to maintain current competencies and patient records.

The role requires an accredited Imaging Program graduate, 2 years of multi-modality experience, ARRT certification with CT or MRI experience (or eligibility), BLS certification, and SCRQSA license, with a commitment to safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program.
• Experience: 2 Years clinical experience in more than one modality.
• ARRT (R) and CT or MRI experience required, must obtain advance credential in CT or MRI within 1 year of employment.
• American Heart Association BLS CPR certification required, must be obtained within 7 days of hire.
• SCRQSA license is required.

Responsibilities

• Procedures are completed promptly, following policies.
• Transfers patient to exam table; ensures proper covering of patient according to policy and procedure.
• Arranges, attaches, or adjusts immobilization and support devices according to procedure.
• Assesses patient’s condition and determines proper breathing instructions, exposure factors.
• Completes all procedures scheduled during the shift and coordinates workflow with other technologists.
• Performs related duties as required.
