Job summary
Baker Group is seeking a Multimedia Specialist to tell our story through video, photography, and creative direction. You will work with subject matter experts to develop concepts, plan shoots, and deliver compelling multimedia assets for marketing, recruiting, and internal communications.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in film, video production, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience creating short- and long-form multimedia content.
- Strong storytelling, interviewing, and project management abilities.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and related tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop multimedia stories in partnership with project teams and leadership.
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for social, web, and campaigns.
- Capture photography, interviews, and b-roll at sites and facilities.
- Lead creative direction, storyboard concepts, and shot lists for projects.
- Produce case studies, customer stories, and thought-leadership content.
- Maintain brand consistency across all multimedia assets.
