Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Multimedia Specialist II to drive visually compelling projects across digital, print, web, social media and video, ensuring brand integrity and technical accuracy.

From concept through shoots, animations and web media, you will lead end-to-end production, collaborate with marketing and technical teams, and ensure accessibility compliance per Section 508.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in digital media production and design software.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the conceptualization and execution of complex visual projects across digital, print, web, social media, and video platforms, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and technical specifications.
• Work on high-level design and video projects from wireframing to final production, collaborating with marketing and technical teams to optimize user experience and aesthetic impact.
• Create and integrate visual, audio, and interactive content for digital platforms and presentations.
• Independently manage production workflows from beginning to end, including design concepts, photo shoots, video shoots, animations, and web-based media.
• Collaborate with technical subject matter experts to ensure multimedia products align with technical requirements and follow Section 508 accessibility standards.

Unclassified. Requires USDOT badge and favorable National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI, low risk / non-sensitive); E-Verify required
