Job summary

Integrity is seeking a Multimedia Specialist to guide content strategy and execution across client campaigns. You will collaborate with strategy and CX teams to shape audiences, journeys, and the overall content ecosystem, and lead content marketing initiatives across social, owned, earned, and paid channels.

The role requires 5+ years in content strategy, agency experience preferred, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on content strategy experience.
• Advertising agency experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Deep interest in and demonstrated understanding of content marketing best practices and trends.
• Experience directing the development of a variety of social media and content marketing materials (portfolio requested).
• Creativity in developing solutions for client needs.
• Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with social listening and other marketing insights software such as SpredFast and Nuvi.
• Proven track record of effective problem solving.
• High energy, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• SEO, Public Relations, journalistic writing, graphic design and other digital marketing experience a plus.

• Lead the development and distribution of compelling and engaging content strategies and executions, working closely with martech and business intelligence teams to measure and report performance metrics.
• Lead the agency's own content marketing effort through strategic activation of social media assets and other owned, earned and paid channels.
• Provide leadership, direction and mentorship to the Social Media Strategist and connected contractors, vendors and internal resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
