Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in video and audio editing and production.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with project management and tracking tools.
• Strong knowledge of audio and video recording best practices and equipment.
• Experience with remote digital recording platforms (Riverside, StreamYard).
• Social media content creation for various platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Spotify).
• Understanding of multimedia distribution platforms and analytics.
• Strong understanding of journalism principles and communication skills.
• Ability to lead through influence and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Produce discussion and interview videos with proper lighting and framing.
• Edit audio and video to meet brand standards.
• Create short-form content for social distribution.
• Draft LinkedIn posts and YouTube Short descriptions.
• Prepare intro/outro assets for consistent branding.
• Upload content to YouTube and other platforms with metadata.
