Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Video Producer to lead multimedia content from concept to final delivery for paid social, YouTube, and brand campaigns. The role emphasizes short-form social videos, motion graphics, and on-site photography to boost performance and visibility.

You will build a scalable production engine using Runway, Descript, and AI tools, collaborating with design teams to maintain visual consistency across all assets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years producing multimedia content for digital marketing or paid advertising.
• End-to-end production skills; you can concept, shoot, and edit without handing off at each stage.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI production tools like Runway, CapCut AI, or similar.
• Deep understanding of best practices for Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and display advertising.
• Ability to capture and edit high-quality still photography when the shoot calls for it.
• A strong body of work demonstrating short‑form social, long‑form brand, and paid ad creative.
