Multimedia Producer KTXL-FOX40 in Sacramento is seeking a motivated, self-starting team player to join our newsroom in a dynamic, multi-faceted role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to expand their skills across multiple areas of news operations. The ideal candidate will have experience producing television newscasts, outstanding communication and organizational skills, and a passion for local news. In this role, you will serve as a backup newscast producer, learn to produce content for our growing CTV platform, coordinate interviews and guests as a morning show booker, and serve as a key point of contact for the public by greeting and escorting studio guests and managing incoming newsroom calls. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute to a newsroom that values teamwork, innovation, and audience engagement. Essential Functions

• The ability to produce a newscast for broadcast and our CTV app
• Search wire services, network feeds, websites, and social media to find relevant material for newscasts
• Clear, concise, conversational writing skills

Compensation - $24.00+/hr commensurate with experience and skill level.
