Job summary

Indianapolis Business Journal is seeking a Podcast & Video Producer to manage the IBJ Media Podcast Network, overseeing production from recording to publication and distribution on Megaphone and YouTube. You’ll also produce non-editorial video content for IBJ Media brands and partner videos.

You’ll coordinate a multi-show release calendar, edit audio and video, and support sponsors with accurate reporting. Collaboration with executives and on‑air talent will be routine, with a focus on timely,

Bachelor’s degree in media production, journalism, communications or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Produce hands-on audio and video for the network, edit and publish episodes on schedule.
Publish episodes with thumbnails, show notes and metadata on Megaphone and YouTube.
Maintain a release calendar across 13 shows with various cadences.
Create vertical clips and captions for social distribution.
Verify and report sponsored ad spots and assist ad sales with inventory.
Provide hosts with monthly performance data and guidance.
Oversee custom and event video projects from shoot to delivery.
Produce monthly Podcast Performance Dashboard and maintain data foundations.
