Qualifications

• Journalism and community storytelling passion.
• Strong shooting, writing, editing, and live reporting abilities.
• Familiarity with NPPA-style visual storytelling is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a newsroom team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and pitch enterprise-driven stories reflecting Tri-Cities communities.
• Report, shoot, write, and edit stories for TV, digital, social, and streaming.
• Build relationships with community sources and deliver live field reports.
• Create timely content for website and social platforms.
• Work under deadline pressure while upholding journalistic ethics.
• Collaborate with producers, photographers, anchors, and newsroom staff.
