Responsibilities

• Writes and produces news and feature content for broadcasts and web/social media
• Serves as line producer and manages timing and order of stories during programs
• Conducts and writes up interviews for inclusion in stories
• Translates content between English and target language as assigned
• Versions content into English for distribution
• Contributes to production elements including fine editing of taped material and graphics
• Edits and approves copy and content for broadcast/publication
• Meets VOA standards for productivity, quality, and deadlines
• Acts as videographer/reporter or anchor/program host as assigned
