Constructing an interactive course that teaches critical patient movement requirements requires a real passion for understanding the needs of your customer.

The Multimedia Engineer plays a central role in supporting the client’s training mission. This role is responsible for designing, producing, and maintaining high-quality multimedia content that supports training needs for complex workflows including patient movement, medical regulating, and command‑and‑control coordination. The work products will ensure training materials are clear, engaging, and accessible across in‑person, virtual, and on‑demand modalities.

​The training modules describe system processes and user interactions through intuitive visuals such as videos, animated walkthroughs, scenario‑based simulations, microlearning clips, graphics, annotated job aids, and mobile UI storyboards. The Multimedia Engineer works collaboratively with instructors, SMEs, and product owners to ensure all a content reflects the most current workflows, release updates, and operational requirements. The work is performed within DoD cybersecurity compliance standards for developing training materials and related information.

You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience in multimedia production tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, or Articulate for video editing, animation, and interactive content development
  • 5+ years of experience producing multimedia training materials including demonstration videos, annotated job aids, and microlearning modules
  • Ability to convert complex technical workflows into intuitive visual designs
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with AI‑enhanced training tools or scenario‑based simulation, particularly adaptive learning that updates with system changes
  • Experience supporting cloud‑hosted applications, DIL mobile environments, or training products tied to operational field conditions
  • Experience in instructional design or training program development methodologies
  • Experience partnering with Help Desk teams to develop multimedia artifacts that reduce Tier I support volume
  • Knowledge of accessibility requirements including section 508 and WCAG 2.1
  • Ability to implement compliant multimedia content
  • Human Centered Design Certification

The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
