Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to translate naval strategy into compelling visual campaigns.
• Experience leading full-cycle multimedia production across digital, print, and video platforms.
• Active Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide creative direction and visual storytelling for CNSP multimedia projects.
• Lead pre-production, production, and post-production processes including storyboarding and shot lists.
• Direct cinematography, lighting, and audio to deliver broadcast-quality outputs.
• Oversee DAM, codecs, delivery specs for web, social, and broadcast.
