Job summary

Trintech Inc. in Plano, Texas seeks a Multimedia Manager to develop and execute our multimedia strategy, elevating our brand through video, graphics, photography, podcasts, and interactive media across campaigns, launches, customer stories, events, and social channels.

The ideal candidate blends storytelling with technical expertise and strategic marketing, turning complex B2B software concepts into engaging visual experiences while improving how multimedia supports demand generation and brand

Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Film Production, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional multimedia, video production, or creative services experience, preferably supporting B2B marketing organizations.
• Demonstrated expertise in video production, photography, motion graphics, and post-production workflows.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition (or comparable editing platforms).
• Experience operating professional camera, lighting, audio, and studio equipment.
• Strong storytelling, visual design, and creative direction skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, planning, and execution of multimedia projects from concept through final delivery.
• Produce high-quality video and motion graphics for campaigns and product marketing.
• Translate complex B2B software into compelling visual stories that communicate customer value.
• Develop interactive multimedia experiences and assets library.
• Oversee video production on location and in studio.
• Manage production schedules, budgets, and vendors.
