Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to create engaging, high‑quality visual and multimedia content. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia, or digital content.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and multimedia capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create professional graphics, presentations, digital assets, advertisements, brochures, flyers, signage, and other visual communications.
• Develop creative concepts and translate business objectives into compelling visual content.
• Maintain consistency with brand standards, including logos, colors, typography, imagery, and visual identity.
• Design materials for recruiting, employer branding, internal communications, training, events, and corporate initiatives.
• Develop templates and reusable design assets to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Plan, shoot, edit, and produce professional video content for internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with Business Development, HR, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Operations, and other departments.
