640 Acres is seeking a Multimedia Designer in Falls Church, VA to lead content development for U.S. Army Medical Command outreach. You will craft strategic messages, produce stories, manage social media, and create visuals using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
You will collaborate with the Senior Writer to deliver compelling campaigns, including photography, videography, web development, and analytics to measure impact across national and international media.

Specifically, the Multimedia Designer will assist the Senior Writer in supporting development of precision program messages for each identified stakeholder category; development of original, compelling content to reinforce approved program messaging using modern story telling techniques; graphic design, photography and videography, web development, sustainment of both proprietary and non-proprietary media platforms, for publication and distribution of all approved content. The utilization of multi-media tools and techniques for effective use of national and international media interest during high-profile events. Analytics to measure outcomes and determine needed improvements.
Description:The Multimedia Designer will help to develop and draft tailored outreach campaigns, strategic communications strategies, and tactical execution plans for high-visibility events for government approval. The role requires photographing and videoing subjects on diverse topics relevant to MEDCOM multi- platform content—including executive speechwriting, feature stories, public information, briefings, and social media—tailored to specific stakeholder categories
