Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and video editing tools.
• Experience with branding and visual storytelling.
• Ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and R&D.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to create assets for brand campaigns, product videos, promos, and social media content.
• Create Illustrator-based vector production art for product graphics and marketing materials.
• Work with Art Director and cross-functional teams to translate objectives into clear, engaging content.
• Occasionally travel for product photoshoots, business development, and tradeshow opportunities.
• Support buyer journey stages with content such as product comparisons and instructional videos.

Litania Sports Group is currently seeking a Multimedia Designer to join our Sales and Marketing team. Collaboration is key to clear communication. Working closely with the Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams, the Multimedia Designer will translate value propositions and key features into compelling visual messaging that shapes how our brands resonate with the audience. This role will create video, interactive, and digital production art assets, support tradeshows, and build product launch materials for our dealer network, positioning our brands as the industry leader.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with sales and marketing team to support and create assets for a range of brand campaigns, product videos, promos, and social media content that align with strategic marketing objectives
• Create Illustrator-based vector production art for product custom graphics, decals, and marketing materials
• Work with Art Director and alongside colleagues across Marketing, Sales, R+D, and Customer Service divisions to translate strategic objectives and campaigns into clear, engaging, and benefit-driven content
• Occasionally work off-site and travel on-location to collaborate in product photoshoots, business development, and tradeshow opportunities
• Support buyer journey stages by creating content such as product comparisons, awareness-level, and instructional videos key to developing our sales content funnel ecosystem
• When necessary, conceptualize, create, photograph products, and edit strategic content that align with marketing initiatives
• Exhibit positive, creative energy with the desire to work in a team environment as well as independently
• Other duties as assigned and aligned with strategic marketing objectives

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Position Type: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt

Hourly Rate: $23-$24 per hour
