Adara Communities is seeking a creative Multimedia & Creative Specialist to support the Marketing team across our portfolio of apartment communities.

You will focus on video production, photography, video editing, graphic design, digital creative, and signage, using Adobe Creative Cloud and AI tools to speed up and elevate work. You will work independently and deliver quality results on tight timelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multimedia, graphic design, video production, photography, or related field experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom).
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (e.g., Firefly, ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway).
• Understanding common file formats (JPG, PNG, PDF, SVG, MP4, MOV).
• Creative mindset with willingness to learn and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Video & Photography: shoot and edit content for communities and marketing materials.
• Graphic Design & Creative: create maps, layouts, flyers, signage, and digital assets.
• AI-Assisted Creative: use AI tools to generate concepts, draft copy, and speed up workflows.
• Project Support: manage multiple projects and handle quick-turnaround requests.

Multimedia & Creative Specialist

Position Overview

Adara Communities is seeking a creative, hands‑on Multimedia & Creative Specialist to support the Marketing team across our portfolio of apartment communities.

This role focuses on video production, photography, video editing, graphic design, digital creative, and signage. The ideal candidate has practical experience, a strong creative foundation, working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, and experience using AI tools to speed up and elevate creative work. They can work independently and deliver quality work on tight timelines.

We are looking for a well‑rounded multimedia creative, not someone who specializes in only one area. The right candidate understands the fundamentals, brings new ideas, is open to learning, and requires minimal training.

Key Responsibilities

Video & Photography

• Shoot and edit video content for apartment communities, amenities, events, and lifestyle content.
• Capture and edit photography for apartment communities, amenities, events, and marketing materials.
• Create 15–30 second promotional videos for social media, digital advertising, television, and sports/venue advertising.
• Build and maintain a library of property photo and video content.

Graphic Design & Creative

• Create and update property maps, site maps, community layouts, floor plan graphics, and other visual layouts for marketing purposes.
• Design flyers, brochures, signage, banners, and other print materials.
• Create digital, website, and social media graphics and other creative assets.

AI-Assisted Creative

• Use AI tools to generate concepts, draft copy, and accelerate design and editing workflows.
• Apply AI features in Adobe Creative Cloud, such as Generative Fill and Firefly, for photo retouching, background extension, and asset creation.
• Use AI video and audio tools for tasks like captioning, voiceovers, upscaling, and quick social edits.
• Stay current on emerging AI tools and recommend ways to improve team efficiency and output quality.

Project Support

• Manage multiple creative projects and meet deadlines.
• Handle quick‑turnaround creative requests when needed.
• Take direction and feedback and make necessary creative updates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred in multimedia, graphic design, video production, photography, digital content, advertising, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Lightroom.
• Hands‑on experience with AI creative tools, such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, or similar, and good judgment about when and how to use them.
• Understanding of common file formats, including JPG, PNG, PDF, SVG, MP4, and MOV.
• Basic understanding of digital and print creative specifications.
• Creative mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
