Job summary

Turing is seeking detail-oriented analysts to read, summarize, and validate content to fine-tune large language models. You will create training scenarios, provide precise explanations, and guide model learning through structured feedback.

The role requires multilingual capabilities (English and Spanish), strong research and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting with flexible hours. Contract-based, 2 months.

Qualifications

• Multilingual capabilities in English and Spanish are required.
• Strong research, analysis and synthesis abilities.
• Ability to provide detailed annotations and feedback.
• Creative and lateral thinking to craft training scenarios for LLMs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to collaborate remotely.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to 40 hours per week with overlap to US hours.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Suite for data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Read, summarize, and break down large content into logical blocks for LLM training.
• Conduct online research to validate claims and improve model accuracy.
• Develop scenarios and correct answers to teach models via feedback.
• Collaborate with AI projects to fine-tune language models and improve reasoning.
