Job summary

Katherine Dierks State Farm in LaGrange, IL is seeking a part-time Multiline Representative to join our local office. You’ll communicate with customers, build relationships, and promote our insurance product lines while delivering outstanding service.

You will support daily office operations, assist in marketing efforts, and help maintain accurate records to ensure a consistent customer experience. Licensing is required or obtainable; compensation is $18.00–$20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Licensing requirement for Property and Casualty.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
