Qualifications

• 1 year required in property management maintenance or related trade.
• CPO certification is desired/depends on property.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and related areas.
• Respond to work orders promptly and professionally.
• Inspect buildings for safety and cleanliness, escalate to managers as needed.
