S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure residents live in a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment. Responsibilities include repairing electrical components, drywall work, plumbing, tile, and responding to service requests with prompt, high-quality workmanship.

The role requires reading/writing English, a valid driver's license, EPA Freon Recovery and HVAC certifications, and a current Fair Housing certification; after-hours on-call may apply.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English.
• Prior experience reflecting general mechanical aptitude and ability.
• Valid Driver's License (if operating a vehicle).
• EPA Freon Recovery Certification and HVAC Certification.
• Current Fair Housing Certification.

Responsibilities

• Abides by Fair Housing Laws.
• Installing and repairing drywall.
• Repairing electrical switches.
• Responding to residents' calls for service; completing tasks as required.
• Plumbing repairs.
