Job summary

North American Properties, Inc. is seeking a Multifamily Maintenance Technician to support maintenance across Saint Xavier Park and regional properties. Responsibilities include carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, appliance service/install, snow removal, landscaping, pest control, and pool maintenance.

The role requires a positive, proactive team player with a valid driver’s license and a commitment to safety. Work hours are full-time with on-call duties as needed.

Multifamily Maintenance Technician

Department: Maintenance

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Saint Xavier Park

Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 / hour

Description

Maintenance Technician (“MT”) performs a variety of work in the general maintenance areas of multifamily property management including: apartment turnover, work orders, grounds, and other duties as necessary or assigned. MT is responsible to his/her home property and supports regional properties as necessary. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: carpentry, electric, plumbing, interior/exterior janitorial, HVAC, interior/exterior building maintenance, drywall, painting, appliance service/install, snow removal, landscaping, pest control, and pool maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform heavy lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling
