Cope Equities, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee day-to-day maintenance at a 92-unit community in Lubbock, TX. This working-lead role requires the ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs, keep service requests moving, and maintain clean, safe apartments and common areas.

The ideal candidate has multifamily maintenance experience at a lead or supervisory level, holds a current HVAC certification, and can coordinate tasks while communicating

Qualificações

• Multifamily maintenance experience, including experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• Current HVAC certification applicable to the role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and working knowledge of common apartment systems.
• Ability to organize work, communicate clearly, and deliver courteous resident service.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.

Responsabilidades

• Handle and prioritize maintenance requests, apartment turns, and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and other apartment systems.
• Maintain apartments, common areas, grounds, and the pool in a safe and serviceable condition.
• Coordinate vendor visits and track work orders, supplies, and maintenance needs.
• Support and guide maintenance team members and communicate professionally with residents.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies and participate in on-call coverage as needed.

Compensation and benefits
