Job summary

Freddie Mac is seeking a Multifamily Digital Product Analyst to help drive liquidity and affordability in the U.S. housing market. You will support a multifamily Digital Capability scrum team, gather requirements, write user stories, and collaborate with developers to deliver impactful digital solutions.

You will analyze data, develop models, and contribute to performance metrics while mentoring teammates and coordinating with product owners and IT teams to ensure successful releases.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• 2-4 years related experience in agile environments.
• Ability to present complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Mortgage market experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Direct support of a multifamily Digital Capability scrum team.
• Facilitate knowledge gathering sessions with business stakeholders to analyze needs and document requirements.
• Develop user stories with acceptance criteria and communicate with developers.00
• Identify risks and dependencies affecting release scope, schedule, and quality.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver new digital capabilities, including redesign and integration.
• Mentor junior Product Analysts in Modern Delivery processes.
• Participate in and lead Scrum ceremonies and release planning.
