DominionX/RoyalX is seeking a Full-Time Multifamily Construction Superintendent – Roofing & Siding to lead onsite roofing and siding projects. You will coordinate with crews, manage safety, quality, and schedules, and ensure work meets specifications, codes, and client expectations on multi-family and commercial buildings.

This senior role requires strong project management, budgeting, and leadership skills, plus the ability to communicate with clients, architects, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Six (6+) years of proven experience as a PM/SUPER in the construction.
• Proficiency with project management software and scheduling tools.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Ability to analyze issues and resolve conflicts under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise roofing and siding projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Site supervision skills will ensure that daily activities comply with project specifications and safety protocols, while your commitment to quality assurance will help identify and resolve any issues promptly. Additionally, familiarity with project management software will enhance your efficiency in managing schedules, budgets, and documentation, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within scope.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are: Roofing & Siding will be responsible for managing all aspects of roofing projects from planning and execution to completion. This role requires:

• Strong project management skills
• In-depth knowledge of roofing systems
• Ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee exterior construction (i.e., siding, roofing, etc) on multi-family and other commercial building projects from initiation through completion.
• Ensuring projects are completed on time, to specifications, and within budget.
• Conduct project meetings with clients & subcontractors, developing a strong rapport with each group.
• Supervision and oversight of onsite construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality control measures.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and promptly identify, resolve issues, and enforce safety protocols.
• Coordinate the efforts of subcontractors and labor teams, ensuring efficient workflow and timely project completion.
• Implement quality control processes to ensure all roofing work meets industry standards and client specifications.
• Address any quality issues that arise during the roofing process and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, daily logs, and correspondence.
• Prepare and present regular project update reports and status updates to stakeholders and upper management.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations as well as company policies and procedures related to roofing work.
• Promote a culture of safety among all team members and conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Six (6+) years of proven experience as a PM/SUPER in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of construction methods, processes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and familiarity with construction scheduling and budgeting tools.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage teams, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts.
• Ability to analyze complex issues, make decisions under pressure, and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and concise communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in project planning, execution, and documentation.
