Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for Multifamily Construction in St. Louis, MO. The base salary ranges from $95,000 to $120,000 per year, with bonus potential based on project and company performance.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10+ years of construction PM experience, especially with ground-up or renovation multifamily projects, plus a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 5–10+ years of Construction Project Management experience.
• Experience with ground-up and/or renovation multifamily projects preferred.
• Client-facing with ability to work in a collaborative team.
