Job summary

RPM Living seeks an experienced Asset Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily assets, driving performance and aligning each asset with its business plan. You will analyze financial and market data to identify drivers and opportunities for improvement, partnering with operations, senior leadership, and lenders.

Responsibilities include financial reporting, revenue strategy development, and ROI calculations, with oversight of capital projects and potential acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field; 5 years of experience including 2 years in multifamily asset management
• Experience with institutional ownership groups required
• Knowledge of ROI, IRR, cap rates and capital budgeting
• Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Strong communication skills with executive leadership and partners
• Ability to manage multiple assets and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of assets and monitor property performance
• Develop revenue strategies to improve asset performance across markets
• Analyze financial and market data to identify drivers and improvement areas
• Coordinate with operations, leadership, and external partners
• Prepare periodic reports for equity partners and lenders
• Monitor capital projects and perform ROI calculations
• Assist with acquisitions, recapitalizations, and dispositions
• Mentor Asset Management Analyst and build team capabilities
