Moraine Valley Community College is seeking a Cross-Disciplinary Lab Technician to perform essential laboratory tasks across various scientific disciplines. The ideal candidate will hold an Associate's degree and have 1-3 years of lab experience.

This full-time position includes responsibilities such as maintaining inventory, supervising student employees, and assisting in STEM projects. Health, dental, vision, and disability benefits are included. Weekend and evening availability may be required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years related work experience in a laboratory environment.
• Demonstrated relevant science coursework and/or research experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tasks for various scientific disciplines.
• Maintain inventory and organize laboratory materials.
• Facilitate and maintain the Nature Study Area.
• Assist with lab supply needs for STEM projects.
