Job summary

HD Supply in Ohio seeks a warehouse associate to work across multiple distribution center departments, including case pick, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, order processing, and replenishment. You will operate material handling equipment to move inventory throughout the facility.

You will verify quantities and quality of incoming products, assist with staging and loading orders for customer delivery, and build pallets as needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in a distribution center or related area.
• Experience operating material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Locate and deliver products using material handling equipment within the facility.
• Assist with staging and loading orders into trucks for delivery.
• Verify quantity and quality of incoming products from vendors and DCs.
• Use packing list information to collect items for customer orders and build/wrap pallets.
• Inspect stock items for wear/defects and report issues to management.
• Return misplaced products to proper storage areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment per safety policies.
• Perform inventory control tasks as needed.
