Job summary

HD Supply is seeking a Distribution Center associate to work across multiple departments, including case pick, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, order processing and replenishment. You will operate material handling equipment to move inventory within the facility and support timely order fulfillment.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in distribution centers and HS Diploma or GED. The role requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and perform repetitive motions, with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in distribution center operations.
• Experience in a distribution center environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to locate and move inventory.
• Assist with staging and loading orders into trucks for delivery.
• Verify quantity and quality of incoming products from vendors.
• Use packing lists to collect items for orders and palletize as needed.
• Inspect stock for wear/defects and report issues to management.
• Return misplaced products to proper storage areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area per policy.
• Perform inventory control functions as needed.
