Job summary

HD Supply is seeking a distribution center associate to work across multiple departments, including case pick, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, order processing, and replenishment.

You'll operate material handling equipment to move inventory within the facility, stage and load orders for delivery, and help maintain inventory accuracy while upholding safety policies in a dynamic distribution environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is strongly preferred.
• Some specialized skills training or certification may be required.
• Typically 2–5 years of experience in the area.

Responsibilities

• Uses material handling equipment to locate and deliver products to designated areas.
• Assists with staging and loading orders into trucks for delivery.
• Verifies quantity and quality of incoming products from vendors.
• Uses packing list information to collect items for customer orders and builds pallets.
• Inspects stock items for wear/defects and reports issues.
• Returns misplaced products to proper storage areas.
• Maintains a clean, safe work environment.
