Job summary

Printpack Inc. seeks a Multicraft Technician at our Villa Rica, GA facility. The role focuses on maintaining equipment to keep the plant in optimum condition, utilizing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical skills.

Expect a 12-hour night shift (3/2 rotate) with a base pay of $26.16–$39.24 per hour plus a $2.50 night shift premium after training. We offer benefits including medical/dental/vision/life after 30 days, 401(k) with company match, overtime, tuition reimbursement, and footwear/uniform

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using manual and power tools.
• Ability to trouble-shoot/repair mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic problems.
• Basic fabrication and machining skills.
• Use of precision measuring devices including micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, etc.
• Ability to check fuses; wire motors; repair lighting issues.
• Ability to repair plumbing issues; add additional piping as required.

Responsibilities

• Use a systematic approach to solve problems analyzing data and evaluating solutions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of machine shop practices including welding, fabrication, and basic electrical/site skills.
• Follow mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic layouts and reference diagrams.
• Track work using computer-based maintenance software and document activities.
• Support team decisions and contribute to safe, efficient plant operation.

## Multicraft TechnicianApply: Villa Rica 1, GA: Full time: Posted Today: REQ2026 - 10010Printpack, a leading manufacturer of plastic products, is seeking a qualified candidate interested in becoming a Multicraft Technician for their VR I facility located in Villa Rica, Georgia.
