Job summary

Software Placement Group in the Atlanta area is seeking a night-shift Multi Craft Maintenance Technician with a strong focus on hydraulics, pneumatics and valves. This on-site role is located in the Fayetteville area and offers a 4:30pm to 3:00am schedule, Monday through Thursday (four 10-hour days) with overtime opportunities.

You will maintain, service, and troubleshoot equipment, make mechanical and electrical adjustments, and rebuild valves on die-cast production equipment while ensuring

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2 to 4 years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Multi craft maintenance technician experience for at least 2 years.
• Hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and valves, including the ability to troubleshoot, replace, and rebuild valves.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and troubleshoot equipment and site property.
• Make mechanical and electrical adjustments and repairs to machines and equipment in a safe, efficient manner.
• Troubleshoot, replace, and rebuild valves associated largely with die cast production equipment.
• Troubleshooting pneumatic and hydraulic logic systems.
• Troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Repair of equipment, fixtures, systems as needed.

Overview

This is an on-site role located in the southwest suburbs of Atlanta, GA (Fayetteville area).

What you'll do

• Maintain, service, and troubleshoot equipment and site property

What you'll need

Compensation and benefits

• Attractive hourly rate
• Additional $1.00 an hour night shift premium
• Night shift schedule: 4:30pm to 3:00am, Monday thru Thursday (four 10 hour days)
• Overtime available if working Friday, paid at time and 1/2
