Software Placement Group (SPG) seeks a MultiCraft Maintenance Technician for the night shift at its Villa Rica, GA facility. You will maintain, service, and troubleshoot equipment with a focus on hydraulics, pneumatics, and valve systems.

Overview

A major, well-established manufacturer with a dominant share of its market is seeking a MultiCraft Maintenance Technician for the night shift at its facility in Villa Rica, GA (southwest suburban Atlanta). This role has a strong focus on hydraulics, pneumatics, and valve systems, and offers a positive working culture.

What you'll do

• Maintain, service, and troubleshoot equipment and site property
• Make adjustments and mechanical/electrical repairs to machines and equipment in a safe, efficient manner
• Troubleshoot, replace and rebuild valves, with much of this work tied to die cast production equipment
• Perform troubleshooting pneumatic and hydraulic logic systems
• Perform troubleshooting of electrical systems
• Perform repair of equipment, fixtures, systems as needed

What you'll need

• High school diploma or GED
• Two to four years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 5 years of multi craft maintenance technician experience
• Hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and valves, including the ability to troubleshoot, replace and rebuild valves
• Experience troubleshooting pneumatic and hydraulic logic systems
• Experience with troubleshooting of electrical systems
• Experience with repair of equipment, fixtures, systems

Compensation and benefits

• Attractive hourly rate
• Additional $1.00 per hour night shift differential
• Night shift schedule: 4:30pm to 3:00am, Monday thru Thursday, working four 10 hour days; Friday work paid as overtime at time and 1/2
