Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years of maintenance experience in HVAC/Industrial Mechanical/Automotive Repair.
• Ability to work on elevated platforms up to 30 ft. or higher.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders and perform preventive maintenance on building equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair facility systems and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety guidelines; wear PPE and obey lockout/tagout procedures.
• Provide support to co-workers and contractors as needed.
