You will operate dishwashing equipment, support kitchen teams, and ensure proper sorting, storage, and distribution of clean items across concepts. A high school diploma is preferred; you must stand and lift up to 30 pounds and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of shared dishwashing, kitchen, and back-of-house areas.
• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean high volumes of dishes, utensils, and equipment.
• Ensure proper sorting, storage, and distribution of clean items across concepts.
• Support multiple vendors or stations by restocking supplies and removing used items.
• Remove trash, recycling, and compost to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Clean floors, drains, equipment, and common areas regularly throughout shifts.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational standards.
• Assist with high-volume turnover during peak service periods.
• Communicate effectively with multiple teams to support operational flow.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
