• Deliver a comprehensive program in accordance with federal, state and county laws and policies.
• Foster a classroom climate conducive to learning.
• Monitor student progress toward mastery of goals and objectives.
• Develop and participate in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians and educational staff.
